The first Duvel Collection competition is a success with more than 700 creative entries
Duvel has been working for a number of years with famous and established artists on its Duvel Collection - a limited series of designer glasses. For instance, in this way Arne Quinze (B), Parra (NL) and Eley Kishimoto (UK) designed fabulous glasses that that have been real collectors’ pieces in the meantime.
In September Duvel launched an open competition in which creative young people from France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Belgium could let their talents loose on the iconic glass. Our Duvel competition has received more than 700 entries in the meantime! Choosing the winner will be difficult for the international panel of judges.

SWATCH EXPANDS POPULAR FULL-BLOODED COLLECTION WITH TEN TRENDY NEW MODELS
Swiss fashion watch and jewellery maker Swatch presents the trendiest Full-Blooded watches yet. Ten new Diaphane Chrono watches present signature Swatch plastic cases framing straight-off-the-catwalk coloured dials with rugged aluminium bezels and bracelets in fashionable, perfectly matched colours. In a direct appeal to confident, trend-conscious women, three of the new models feature sparkling crystal hour markers and flagrant colours, while another two mirror the widespread fascination with skulls, presenting dials with haunting, silvery skull silhouettes. An additional set of five new monochrome unisex models features up-to-the-minute colours designed to match the latest trends. All models in the new Swatch Full-Blooded Collection offer the classic look and feel of the Diaphane Chrono with its easily readable dials and lightweight, sporty and elegant design.
Complementing these latest additions to the Full-Blooded Collection is a striking new family of Swatch Bijoux. Three pendants showcase three skulls, each fashioned of stainless steel 316L and hung from a black silk or black plastic necklace.
